About to be Published: Using Action Learning to Create Social Value in Urban Development

A little while ago I published a short essay in Creating Communities and shared it on LinkedIn. It was spotted by Joe Raelin, Principal of The Leaderful Consultancy. He advised me to build it out as an account for practice for the Action Learning Research and Practice journal.
