The Wisdom of the Ancients Applies Today

I think it was in around 2013 that I used to fly from Jeddah to Riyadh to support our corporate office team and stay at a hotel in a tower nearby. From my high window I could look one way and see the impressive King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) being built literally before my eyes. I could look the other way and stare right down into a traditional home, with a courtyard and a way of life that seemed timeless. I’ve thought about this often.
